DescriptionIam a pretty big beginner at this whole, getting fit thing. I haven't been having any luck with it, and was getting intensely frustrated. This book has helped me tons! I have found different things that I thought were good for me, but they were not necessary and just made me even more miserable.

I love that this book is written for the normal joe, who actually makes mistakes and has a hard time giving up all things healthy and fun. I am very pleased with this book by Mike Danford, and have gotten a lot of use from it.

I am by no means a huge huge workout freak... I do love being healthy and keeping fit it is HARD for me to keep being motivated with workout routines and nutrition plans, but this book gets me excited!!!

Maybe, I just needed to know how this stuff works and this book broke it down for me in the absolute most inspirational way possible. I am very pumped to use this book to guide me down a motivated path of fitness.
